Return & Refund Policy – Fatat Jewellery

At Fatat Jewellery, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn and unused

  • With all original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that any signs of wear or damage caused by the customer may void eligibility.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon delivery. Should your item arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Personalized or engraved jewelry

  • Custom-made orders

  • Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Need a different piece? The fastest way is to return the item you have (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is confirmed.


European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to a country within the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, without providing a reason. The same return eligibility conditions apply (unworn, unused, original packaging, and proof of purchase).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
