At Fatat Jewellery, we are committed to delivering your order with care, security, and attention to detail. Please review our shipping terms below.
1. Order Processing
All orders for ready items are processed within 4–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email.
Custom or made-to-order pieces would require additional time. We will notify you of the estimated dispatch timeframe.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship internationally via trusted couriers. Estimated delivery times begin after the processing period:

GCC Countries: 3–7 business days

International: 5–10 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected method.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor the status of your shipment using the provided tracking link.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other customs fees, which are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid upon delivery.
Please check with your local customs office for details before placing your order.
5. Delivery Issues
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or unforeseen circumstances.
Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require an additional reshipping fee.

6. Packaging & Gift Notes
All items are packaged in our signature Fatat Jewellery boxes, suitable for gifting. If you would like to include a custom gift message or request discreet packaging, please leave a note at checkout.
7. Shipping Limitations
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Certain countries may restrict the import of jewelry or precious materials. We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot legally be delivered.
